Refund policy
KIKIBEAUTY Return, Exchange & Order Issue Policy
All product sales made through KIKIBEAUTY are final. Due to the sanitary, health, and safety nature of professional skincare products, including but not limited to Face Reality and GlyMed Plus, KIKIBEAUTY does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law.
This Policy applies to all products purchased through KIKIBEAUTY, including products that are opened, unopened, used, unused, purchased in error, incompatible with customer preference, or no longer wanted.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Policy in full.
No Returns
KIKIBEAUTY does not accept returns of skincare products under any circumstances unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any item sent back without prior written authorization may be refused or discarded without credit, refund, or replacement.
No Exchanges
KIKIBEAUTY does not offer exchanges for products purchased in error, unwanted products, customer preference changes, skin sensitivity, purging, lack of desired results, or any other customer-driven reason.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
KIKIBEAUTY does not accept returns of items alleged to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. However, if a customer believes an order arrived damaged, defective, or not the item ordered, the customer must notify KIKIBEAUTY in writing within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To submit a claim, the customer must provide:
- full name
- order number
- clear photographs of the product
- clear photographs of the exterior shipping box and all interior packaging
- a brief written description of the issue
Failure to provide notice within 48 hours, or failure to provide sufficient supporting documentation, may result in denial of the claim.
KIKIBEAUTY reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a claim has been adequately supported and whether any remedy will be offered. If KIKIBEAUTY determines, in its sole discretion, that a claim is valid, the exclusive remedy, if any, shall be replacement of the item only. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided.
Skin Response Disclaimer
KIKIBEAUTY is not responsible for irritation, allergic reaction, sensitivity, purging, redness, dryness, staining, misuse, overuse, product layering conflicts, contraindications, or any other adverse result arising from use or misuse of any product sold. Individual skin responses vary, and no specific result is guaranteed. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients, directions, and product suitability prior to use.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may not be modified, canceled, or revoked once submitted for processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Charges
All shipping, handling, and processing charges are non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Policy. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, KIKIBEAUTY reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, and policy disclosures to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or dispute-resolution provider.
Right to Refuse Service
KIKIBEAUTY reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or deny claims where fraud, abuse, policy manipulation, or suspicious activity is suspected.
