KIKIBEAUTY Return Policy

All skincare product sales are final.

Due to the nature of professional skincare products, including Face Reality and GlyMed Plus, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once purchased. This policy applies to all items, including products that have been opened, used, unopened, or purchased in error.

Because these products are professional-grade and may be recommended based on individual skin concerns, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all product information and ask any questions before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact KIKIBEAUTY within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

KIKIBEAUTY reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution will be provided. We do not guarantee refunds.

Allergic Reactions, Sensitivity, or Purging

KIKIBEAUTY is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, purging, or adverse skin responses resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased. Individual results may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and usage instructions prior to use.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once it has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by KIKIBEAUTY.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this return policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not alter or override this policy. KIKIBEAUTY reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, and all related documentation to the payment processor or financial institution in response to any dispute.
